The Baltimore Ramblers, also known as the “Famous Baltimore Ramblers” have been in the media many times in their 85 plus year history. The club even made the cover of the December 1940 issue of “The Enthusiast,” a magazine put out by Harley-Davidson.
“The Racers Book,” as well as several newspapers throughout the mid 20th century, talked about the Baltimore Ramblers winning awards for the “Best Dressed Club”
“THE RACERS BOOK” ANOTHER HALF TIME INTEREST THE BEST DRESSED CLUB CONTEST THESE CLUBS WERE REALLY SERIOUS ABOUT THIS COMPETITION. THEY CAME FROM ALL UP AND DOWN THE EAST COAST WITH MATCHING UNIFORMS AND MATCHING PAINT WORK. THEY WOULD PARADE AROUND THE TRACK AT HALF TIME WHILE THE SPECTATORS AND JUDGES DECIDED WHO WAS THE FINEST. THE BALTIMORE RAMBLERS M/C CLUB WOULD SHOW UP WITH AT LEAST TWENTY STRONG EVERY TIME.
